Multan: Two rape suspects killed among four in crossfire

MULTAN  – Four robbers including two involved in gang rape of a woman were killed in crossfire in Multan.

According to details, police were taking two rape suspects named Ajmal and Ashraf for identification when their companions attacked the police mobile near N.L.C. bypass to set them free.

The accused were killed by the firing of their own accomplices. Furthermore, two attackers, Abdul Malik aka Malki and Qamar aka Goda, were killed in counter shooting by the police.

The authorities told that three assailants managed to escape in the dark. It is worth mentioning here that a woman in Multan’s area Seetal Mari was gang raped by five men during robbery on Sunday.

The culprits had locked a man named Zulfiqar in a room after tying his hands and feet, and raped the woman who was present in the house. The looters had easily escaped afterwards with cash and gold jewellery.
