Rishi Kapoor’s tweet about J&k, PoK stirs controversy on social media

MUMBAI – Veteran Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor has once again stirred controversy on social media after tweeting in a support to Opposition National Conference president, Farooq Abdullah about Jammu and Kashmir (J&K).

Farooq Abdullah said that the demand of an Independent Kashmir is wrong as it is surrounded by three nuclear powers China, Pakistan and India, continuing that Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) belongs to Pakistan and that who are talking about freedom are, in fact, wrong.

Supporting the stance of Abdullah, the actor tweeted, “Farooq Abdhulla ji, Salaam! Totally agree with you, sir. J&K is ours, and PoK is theirs. This is the only way we can solve our problem. Accept it, I am 65 years old and I want to see Pakistan before I die. I want my children to see their roots. Bas karva Dijiye. Jai Mata Di !”

Here are some of the Twitetrati’s reactions.

Sir i am Pakistani, i agree, but i want J&k and POK should be independent state..
There is no force in POK, but in J&k there is violation of human rights.
India should carry out their forces, if they dont want to leave it,atleast give them basic rights
Love, respect from Pakistan
